    hugo chavez isn’t a dictator
    he’s the only one here that is a part of a democracy that isn’t suspected of voter fraud and has a large support from his country (apart from the middle and upper classes)

    “Human rights”? ISHR is financed by the CIA an ohter US institutions. So, its nothing more then right-wing propaganda. ISHR supported Augusto Pinochet in the 1970th and was against the liberation of Nelson Mandela in 1990 from prison.
